Job Description

  • Responsible for Sales of Banks products Manage Relationships for a Portfolio of customers (both Existing and NTB )

  • Customer service - address walk in customers issues Ensuring that customers get world-class services and their needs are understood and met through financial products that the Bank has to offer Cross Sell Investment products like Mutual Fund, Insurance Current account Saving account Manage Operations like A/C opening, Fixed Deposit, Lockers, Insurance, Gold LoanForex etc.

  • Deepening of existing Current account saving account relationships and ensure retention of customers.

  • Generate referrals from internal database.

  • Consistently meet portfolio objectives defined by Viz. sales, income, group product holding, etc.
