As the Executive Assistant for the Founder's Office, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our founders in their day-to-day activities &ensuring the smooth functioning of the office 

You will be responsible for managing a wide range of administrative tasks, organizing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling confidential information with discretion 

This position requires someone who thrives in a startup environment, embraces chaos, and can work at a fast pace while maintaining a "get it done" attitude

Assist in the preparation of reports, meeting agendas, and presentations 

Conduct research and compile information as requested by the founders 

Handle highly confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion

Excellent organizational, time management skills & ability to prioritize tasks effectively 

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite – excel, word & PowerPoint / alternative
