Job Description

  • As the Executive Assistant for the Founder's Office, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our founders in their day-to-day activities &ensuring the smooth functioning of the office 

  • Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and other documents as needed 

  • Assist in the preparation of reports, meeting agendas, and presentations 

  • Conduct research and compile information as requested by the founders 

  • Handle highly confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion 

  • Experience working in a startup environment or similar fast-paced culture 

  • Excellent organizational, time management skills & ability to prioritize tasks effectively 

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite – excel, word & PowerPoint / alternative 

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities  

  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy  

  • A positive and proactive attitude, with a willingness to take on new challenges and go the extra mile
