Job Description
As the Executive Assistant for the Founder's Office, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our founders in their day-to-day activities &ensuring the smooth functioning of the office
Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and other documents as needed
Assist in the preparation of reports, meeting agendas, and presentations
Conduct research and compile information as requested by the founders
Handle highly confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion
Experience working in a startup environment or similar fast-paced culture
Excellent organizational, time management skills & ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite – excel, word & PowerPoint / alternative
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
A positive and proactive attitude, with a willingness to take on new challenges and go the extra mile
