• Primary research – understand the business, challenges faced by the business (from ground zero and sales/ops team and document it 

• Secondary research - collation and analysis of existing or 'second-hand' marketing data  

• Skills needed great team player, robust analytical and communication skills 

• Experienced in primary research, business analysis and data analysis 

• Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority Can work in fast paced startup and work with chaos, ambiguity and frequent changes
